Chat from one of the boat accident victims asking for rescue while drowning Emerges

The Lake Victoria Boat Cruise accident on Saturday left many in tears after losing their loved ones.

The boat that was carrying over 100 passengers on a trip around the lake overturned around 7 pm on Saturday evening and very few were rescued.

According to police, over 30 people have so far been confirmed dead and their bodies recovered.

However one of the victims Whats app Chat with a person who happened to be a friend has emerged with the victim narrating the situation in the deep waters and how she was drowning and dying.

The victim was in dire need for rescue as she seemed so afraid of death and quoted saying”Drowning, am dying”.
