Busia District LC5 by-elections DP candidate Reportedly Declines After Being Elected To Human Rights Commission

The DP Party flag bearer Hasubi Deo Njoki who was fronted by all the opposition parties for the post of Busia LC5 Elections has reportedly Resigned from continuing from the race.

Hasubi claims to have taken this Decision after he was contacted by the Speaker of Parliament Hon Rebecca Kadaga that he had been appointed to the Human Rights Commission where had had earlier applied and shown interest of service.

However the opposition believes this was a set up to make the post incumbent for the NRM candidate. Hasubi Deo has now cancelled his inaugural rally after literally receiving the notification letter from the Speaker of Parliament Hon Rebecca Kadaga.
