UCC Speaks Out :The alleged suspension of NBS TV license is Fake News kindly Disregard

Today early morning a fake letter was circulate through various social media platforms threatening to close the NBS Media house over fake news.

However After along while of fake letter  hurling in many social media platforms the Uganda Communication Commission has come out to tell the truth over the alleged termination of NBS TV Operation licence over an image that went viral on social media early today indicating closure of the media house on orders of the commission.

However this absurd story has been swiftly rejected by Uganda Communications Commission as fake news. The commission took to its Twitter account and said;

“The alleged suspension of license is kindly disregard”
