URA Reportedly Demands 22% Tax From ‘Kyarenga’ Concert Money

, Museveni speaks out on supporting Rwandan rebel leader Nyamwasa

Robert Sentamu Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine held a sold out ‘Kyarenga’ concert at his One Love Beach Busabala a week ago and info leaking through indicates that the tax collection body, Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) is reportedly demanding for 22% tax on every ticket sold at the concert.

 

According to sources close to the organizing committee of the concert .the show reportedly fetched close to Shs 400,000,000.

 

However there is no official statement from URA regarding Kyarenga concert as of yet.
